Emma previously taught small group mat pilates from 2017-2019 in Melbourne and loves the problem solving side of clinical pilates. Emma is passionate about seeing patients gain confidence in their own body, when they begin to do things they previously couldn't.
Emma is a very caring and attentive pilates instructor. She is thorough and has a very high level of attention to detail.
“We find that clinical pilates helps us to problem solve why your recurrent neck/shoulder or lower back pain keeps returning. We can help with strengthening deep abdominals and core muscles, increase lower back muscle endurance, improve hip mobility and correct forward head carriage which is a key player in neck pain and headaches.”
